2-1-1 is the new number to dial to reach the Crisis Hotline and Information Center in Licking County (also known as 345-HELP). Phones are answered by real people, trained professionals, with access to a comprehensive database connecting you to all the assistance available in Licking County. It’s fast, free and completely confidential for information and referral or when you need help in a short-term crisis.

For nearly 40 years, Pathways of Licking County has been providing information and referral services and crisis intervention to the residents of the county, connecting them to vital personal resources in time of need. Pathways continues to manage the most comprehensive database of social service agencies and assistance in the county, handling over 22,000 calls annually. Our new 2-1-1 service, with one phone number to remember, simplifies what had been a complex web of phone numbers and contacts to reach critical personal assistance.

Finally, there is one phone number in Licking County you can dial to get connected to the personal help you need. So remember to dial 2-1-1 any time of day all year long and someone will be there to take your call.
